Since 1993, the Asian American Youth Leadership Conference has relied on contributions from Oregon and Washington community organizations, school districts, businesses, and individuals as well as support from colleges and universities from around the country. We recognize the importance of our sponsors and supporters. Indeed, they are the very pillars of the AAYLC organization. Without the continued funding provided by our benefactors, the Asian American Youth Leadership Conference would cease to thrive as the great organization that it is.

Each year, the AAYLC Planning Team strives to build a better program in preparation for the ensuing conference. The individuals behind the scenes plan each detail meticulously and expend great effort in finding creative means to improve the program. The Planning Teams efficiently allocate the resources contributed by our sponsors and supporters so that we are able to expand and bring unique training and experiences to our students.
